Weight-Loss Challenge to Exercise minimum 30 min's day for Most Consecutive Days!

Hi Guys,

I'm on a rampage to lose 15 lbs myself. And I need some peeps to get my blood boiling, so....let's do a weight loss motivation gig. It will be a contest and we'll make sure to send lots of props to each other (and trash talk if needed to those who can handle it and who miss days in this contest.)

Who's up for the challenge of exercising 30 minutes/day? Use your own judgement as there won't be any prizes unless any sponsors want to step forward lol.

I'll start today, who's in?

1. Post as often as you want but at least 2 times/week.
2. Confirm at least once a week whether you missed any days of your exercise program
3. Let us know some of your workouts that were invigorating/inspiring
4. Let the challenge begin!
 
Didn't I post here yesterday? Where did the post go?

Anyway, I managed to do my hour walk on the treadmill and hopefully will do the same today after work.
 
I've been working out everyday since January but I've been feeling pretty lazy lately. I suppose a challenge would put me back on track :D
 
This looks fun! Maybe this challenge will make me stick to some form of exercise each day.

Yesterday I walked in place quickly for a little over 30 minutes watching the biggest loser ;p

I hope to do the same tonight and for the rest of this week.
 
I like this idea.

May I join, or have I missed the boat?
