Ok I want to start a 6-8 week challenge to help kickstart my weightloss I owe alot of credit to past challenges they motivate ya and keep ya on track any ideas would be great but here is mine lol!
How about starting an easter challenge and start this FRIDAY 13TH and for 8 weeks which would be GOOD FRIDAY then that suday is EASTER?
We can have teams with Easter themed names or simply do a SINGLE person no teams but we will keep track of weekly weigh ins and at the end the winner will be judeged by amount lost and % lost??
Also we can do a SIMPLE POINT system such as weekly challeges completed 5 points weight loss 1 lb or greater 5 points if you gain you just get no point for the weighloss but get points for the weekly challenge so 10 points tops per week simple and moitvating I say so whos in????? Reminder tho it will start this FRIDAY but I will give until SUNDAY to get as many people as possible.
ALSO PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS PEOPLE SIGN UP THAT ARE PLANNING TO START AND FINISH THE CHALLENGE NO MATTER IF YOU CHEAT OR NOT JUST UPDATING YOUR STATS WEEKLY IS A MUST IF YOU MISS A "WHOLE WEEK"THEN YOUR OUT OF CHALLENGE I AM ONLY SAYING THIS BECAUSE IT DOES TAKE TIME TO FIGURE OUT NUMBERS AND SUCH THANK'S TAMMY
