Chalean Extreme Question

Hi everyone.
I am ordering "Chalean Extreme" but need to buy dumbbells. I was wondering if anyone with experience of this programme could tell me if the following adjustable dumbbells would be suitable for the programme?


The set includes 4 x 1.25 kg weights and 4 x 2.5 kg weights.
Thanks a lot.
 
Chalene wants you to lift and lower your weights slowly, so you don't need very heavy weights, certainly not at the beginning. They set seems versatile enough for the program.
