Help! I ran a lot more last night than I ever have in my life and I found towards the end my inner thighs were chaffing. It was so bad that when I was trying to do my cool down walk last night I couldn't walk right. I was doing some sort of waddle in order to not let my legs touch. lol This morning it still hurts and is very raw and red. What can I do to prevent it? and What can I do now to make it stop hurting? I put some Vasiline Cocoa Butter lotion on it this morning. Is there any kind of powder that will help or do I need to start wearing spandex shorts under my mesh shorts?
