i eat a cereal called 'Heart to Heart' by the Kashi Company. They sell it at Trader Joe's and it's really good and beneficial.

it can help:
Reduce Cholestrol: 1g Soluble Fiber from Oats
Support Healthy Arteries: 6 natural antioxidants, including Green Tea & Grape Seed
Promote Healthy Blood Pressure: Low Sodium

Vitamin A 25%
Vitamin C - 50%
Iron -10%
Vitamin B6 - 100%
Vitamin B12 - 100%
Vitamin E - 100%
Magnesium - 25%
Folic Acid - 100%
Phosphorus -10%
Zinc - 10%

lol. i love this cereal too much!

Yeah, I've always been a fan of the Kashi cereals as well - tastes awesome and its easier to down than oatmeal and not too bad for you either :)

I read somewhere that the best cereal to eat is Total since it has the most vitamins and minerals. I checked out the side of all the kinds I typically bought (Wheaties, Kashi, corn flakes, etc..) and Total blows them out of the water.

There's a Kashi brand in a red box with soy puffs and fiber twigs. I think it has something like 13g protein (from the soy) and 6g fiber. It doesn't taste bad (though there's not much taste at all) but you get used to it. Great for a mid-day snack.

Grapenuts are good too- high in fiber, so they keep you full for awhile. And they're super crunchy, which I love! If you want a touch of sweetness, add a couple sliced strawberries to the top.

personally i like oatmeal with an egg and maybe a chopped banana in it.. but this kashi cereal seems good, I might check it out.
