Hi guys. I've decided to start my cut. Training for my summer body. Yay! This means I need to lose body fat and lots of it. Lol ![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
My main weapon is with lots of cardio work. I'm planning on having 5-6 days of cardio and 3 days of lifting. Yeah, I'm really eager to reach my goals. Anyways, three days will consist of HIIT. The other two (three depending) days will be long interval lower intensity (long distance) jogging.
Everything sounds good, right? I thank you for your support. What is the problem then? Well, I'm from Canada; to be more specific Manitoba. I would say it has to have the worse weather in all of Canada. It is so cool here. I'm not able to go out and run. This really sucks. If I want to jog, the only option I have is my basement. The flooring is made of cement. Yes, I am aware of the dangers in training on cement. Yet, this is my only option I have, currently. What do you think? Should I not go jogging at all or should I?
