I'm 15 and within the next week about to begin running 3 days a week strictly for the first time. I also am getting new shoes, I heard that Asic gel shoes or something was the best. But, I will be running on cement and from some other threads I read that cement is the worst surface to run on. I can't drive yet, legally
lol, so that's all that I have to work with: cement. So is there any suggestions on what I can do to help myself from getting a knee injury or leg problems, as I read in other posts? I will begin running about a mile a day, and hopefully within a while bring that distance to a climb.
