celltech

hey guys,

just got celltech and I have a few questions.

1. I heard that the product is whack... Should I get another type of creatine (money is not an issue at all). I'm planning on starting my cycle on wednesday

2. Should I take it on non workout days?

3. Should I take whey after the celltech? Because 300kcal is quite a lot for a supp imo...

4. Some people say taking 1 scoop is enough, should I take one or two scoops? and how should I load?
 
nvm, decided to just get some creapure

seems like celltech might actually do me bad rather than good lol
