Ive been taking CellTech along with Gllutamine after workouts for about 2 months now...im curious if i am taking it correctly and would it proove to be beneficial in the long run to keep taking it?
 
I would suggest a dose of 5g of creatine monohydrate, you don't need to spend the extra money on the brand. But creatine is hit or miss with people, if you feel it helps, continue.
 
thanks for the reply..i have noticed a difference in my stength...which bring me to my 2nd part of the question...i work out alone..and i seem to be scared to lift heavier weights, cuz i dont wanna look like an idiot or cause any damage...i am trying to build mass..right now i am 5'10 and weigh about 184lbs...with a BMI of almost 26 :(..any suggestions to build more lean mass and lose some of midsection?
