Cell-Tech vs. Creatine&juice

Is there any advantage to using cell-tech over regular creatine and juice?

Ive heard that its not necessary to "load" just make sure that I take it on my days off as well to keep saturated, but how much do you recommend for maintenance? 5g? The bottle says take one serving daily for maintenance(10g) Is the extra 5g just wasted so I will run out sooner and have to buy more:D

don't use juice. use something like straight dextrose or maltodextrin, or a mix.
juice likely has HFCS, bad stuff. even if it just has Fructose, the liver still has to process that first.

dextrose/malto is instantly available to the body, and will both give you the insulin spike needed for good creatine absorption, as well as the right kind of simple carbs to replenish glycogen in the muscles.

so, ideally, 5g of creatine monohydrate, every day, usually post workout, mix into whey and dextrose/malto dextrin. on days you don't lift, take it post cardio, the same way.

never used Cell Tech, so I dunno if the serving size of 10g actually gives 10g of creatine, or if its more like 5g, plus some sugar carbs. either way, its a big waste of money compared to 500g of creatine monohydrate at $15, and 5lbs of dextrose for $4, which'll last you a solid 90 days of daily 5g dosing (the dextrose may run out sooner...depends on how much you use in your PWO shake)

I think cell-tech is way too expensive. I just mix my creatine (just creatine monohydrate) with my malto powder and some crystal light. Both the creatine and malto powder are decently priced.

Hehehe, on my non-lifting day, I just dump a spoonful in my mouth and wash it down with water.

and of course, nothing wrong with that. I can't do it. the creatine hits my tongue and I just wanna gag.
