CEE or CE2

Im thinking about trying this muscletech creatine called CEE or CE2 has anybody tried it yet?

I suggest some plain 'ol creatine monohydrate, much cheaper, and just as effective..

muscletech products are generally overpriced and overhyped. if you want to do a CEE, i'd suggest you look for a cheaper brand.

so far, no valid research out there showing anything as being better than plain monohydrate. But all these 'improved' creatines are driving the price of our beloved monohydrate way way down.

as that article states, when eas first came out with phosphagen, it was roughly 70 dollars for 100 grams

I feel sorry for anyone still buying creatine 'syrum'...but I'd like to sell them this bridge I own in Brooklyn...

first creatine product i used was phosphagen hp from eas. i believe it was 40-50 dollars a container. this was a couple years after creatine first came out.

there was some research that compared creatines serum to plain water. LOL!!!
