Hi All,
I was on this forum not so long ago and now I am back as I am going on holiday in 3 weeks and need to lose at least 7lbs!! Please help and inspire me!!

Well no responses but never mind I lost 6lbs already!!!:p :p :p :p Perhaps I could aim to lose a stone before the holiday?
