I've never had a before-bed snack since I started cutting a couple of months ago, but I did just now.
I've read if you need a before-bed snack, it's best to have casein and healthy fat.
I had Stallone High-protein pudding can ~6 oz. (Casein/Soy isolate mix--100 cals, 20g pro/2g carb/0g fat & sugar) and a handful of unsalted peanuts for healthy fat.
Was this ok? I feel guilty! haha
