Weight-Loss Careers in Nutrition and Degrees

Weight-Loss
This is kind of a weird question, and I didn't know where else to put it, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the importance of a master's degree in terms of a nutrition career. For someone who really wants to become an R.D. and serve as a personal dietitian, would they only need a B.S. in nutrition (and the proper certification of course) to be employed pretty much anywhere? Or would a master's be almost necessary these days to find a good job? Alternatively, would a master's be unnecessary?

Thanks for any responses!
