Hey guys, I run when I get home from work for about 45 minutes and sometimes HIIT. Usually I eat supper after my workout. Is that okay?
I usually dont eat a lot, you know, just something to tide me over for a while.
Just wondering if I should eat supper after my workout (its the only time I can do it) and that it will help me lose weight.
