Cardio/Wieght Training

I am a soccer player who wanted to be able to run but also build upper body muscle.


I was running 2 miles every morning then doing 40 minutes of wieghts after that.After 10 months I definatley saw results but they werent as much as I had expected.(I dropped 40 lbs though:D ).I found that I was burning up all my fuel needed for muscle building.Now I do 1 hr wieghts one day with No run,40 minutes the next with the run at the END.I am already seeing results in chest ,abs and arms.
