Cardio HELP!

:eek: Hello i am new to this... i am wondering if anyone can give me adivce on a good cardio machine.. besides a tredmill I HATE running! I have been lokking at the body by jake cardio crusier any suggestions? Probably a joke right?Well any feedback would be nice.. also I would like soemthing that isnt going to cost 400.00 and up.... Thank you!!!!!

I'm with you, I hate the treadmill. I go to a gym so I alternate between the elliptical machine and stationary bike. I don't know about an elliptical but I'm sure you can get a bike for under $400!

I don't know anything about the cardio cruiser... if no one else offers advice I'd say try it, if it gets your heartrate up and makes you sweat, it's working, lol.

i would really like an elliptical those are my favorite I have been shopping around and they are pricey i would love to see if there is a cheap version lol that isnt going to rattle and shake.........

That would be my concern about a cheap one too, that it would rattle apart or something...
 
I have an elliptical - its a Reebok (I forget the model). It cost me about £299 (sterling) and doesn't really rattle or shake. Every few weeks, it can work a little loose but, tighten up the bolts again and its fine.
