Cardio help please!

I never stuck with cardio and I have been lfiting on for 2 years now...
I am 6ft 180lbs 26 male 10% b/f

My diet is dead on! I cant get those wanted abs from diet and weight lifting.
So I need to add some cardio.

My question is how much? How long? Heart rate? How many times a week?
what days ect.

I would like to reach 8% b/f
