Cardio Franatic!!

Alright, so for the past 2 months I've been taking as many cardio classes my gym offers and have noticed an improvement. Now, if only I can squeeze in some weight training for more tone definition, which is unlikely because I'm left feeling tired and restless inbetween workouts. I'm not tired to the point of being immobile, but just tired... I've been taking antidepressants for the past month, so I'll alternate my morning workouts to the middle of the day when I feel most restless and most likely to sleep which has helped.. I resolve to drink the recommended "8 glasses a day", so in nalgene speak, that's about 3 or 4 bottles.. Aww man, that's a lot of water.. I think I'll try sprucing it up with a few drops of fruit juice every now and then.

Since I'm on the subject of resolving, I think I'll stress on portion control too! Usually I'll eat 3 or 4 times more than needed and end up feeling so guilty about it I'll just continue to snack and snack afterwards until I'm brimming. So from now on, no more meals after 8 o' clock maybe 9 just so I can allow myself to digest and work on training myself not to overeat.:) Right now, I'm currently at 150 pds, and would like to lose 25 by the time fall comes around. I workout around 3-4 times a week for a couple to a few hours and am open to any tips on how to shed off pounds. Anyway, I'm gonna go eat some soup. Later:)
