Hi everyone, I'm new, but noticed there was an elliptical challenge. I got one in January, but finally started using it religiously for the past 10 days :D

I was wondering if anyone was up for another weight loss competition?

The challenge lasts one month, but you can weigh yourself on your normal weigh-day. You set yourself a target loss, and log your cardio exercise over the month including; day, type of cardio, distance, kcal loss (and any other details you track)

Fri 13th - Elliptical Trainer - 20 mins - 8.95km - 200cal
