Anyone got any ideas for a cardio abs circuit that I can do on my cardio days? A youtube vid or something would be fine where the guy does say 40 crunches then moves on to something else (ab-related) so that I can gauge my fitness in real time.
I do know you cannot get a six-pack just by doing situps but the idea of an abs circuit appeals to me.
