I was just curious, I'm wanting to get into a routine to ride my bike for 30 mins in the morning before i go to work, and then when i get off work go job/run for a bit. Is this too much in one day? Or would it be alot more beneficial.

WOLVERINE said:depends. 30 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening doesnt sound bad. hell, you could probably do 30 and 30, or even an hour and an hour. just make sure you eat enough and get a good night sleep. you bike outside?
