In a cutting/clean diet, how many grams of carbs is to much throughout the day? im currently eating around 190g protein and trying to keep my carbs are 100g. Fats are as low as possible throughout the day since i dont conciously go and eat fatty foods.

You need to determine your marconutrients (fat/carb/protien). Most of us use .

Fitday will help you keep track of you're macros, but not help you determine the ratios you need. When cutting, the general ratios are either 40/40/20 or 40/30/30 (P/C/F). However, you may need to tweak these ratios for you. Some people are more carb sensitive than others. Those ratios are a good starting point. Monitor your progress and adjust them as needed. You DO need fat in your diet and your fats should be equally divided with saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated. EFA's are essential as well. Also regardless of your carb intake, make sure you get enough fiborous veggies.

I have been keeping track of my fitday, and ive been pretty concistent breakdown of around 50%/30%/20% (P/C/F) I am tryin to eat 1500-1800cal/day. I also know that its not fat that makes me fat, its excess calories that my body doesnt use. I have been reading i just wanted a specific number range that wouldnt be overboard. I have been losing a lot slower recently since i got down into the 180's so i thought a change in my diet (ratio's of carb/protein/fats) may help. Losin about 1lb a week now.

How tall are you? 1500-1800 calories seems a little low to me. You may want to look into that before you do your macro ratios.

im around 5'6-5'7 and 180lbs now. i was 240... 1800/day is to low ya think? PM me if ya want, i can then give ya more info on diet/exercise etc

I would up your calories to 2k, that'll give you some extra room to get your healthy fats in. You need fats for test :)
