Sport Carbs & Sugar Levels...

Sport Fitness
I've been taking a good amount of carbs in my diet (Since im bulking) and I've noticed Im peeing alot, and i cut myself and hasnt healed completely in like 3-4 days... a simple cut... nothing too deep... So Im wondering if carbs become sugar? or something? Maybe im consuming too many carbs, not using them, then they become sugar, and my sugar level rises? Help plz! Urgent! Thanks in advance!

Sugar is carbohydrate.

The sweeter it is the faster it will turn to fat. sugar and dextrose will digest really fast which is good if your just stepping in to the gym.
Bread and pasta digest really slow which is good for the beggining of the day.

no but protein might!!.. even just for the fact that when you reduce your dry complex carb intake and replace it with a good eclectic spectrum of varied ph's and and higher protein intake you end up with a goood amino breakdown into L-Argine and thAt in return boosts your natural HGRH ( human growth repair hormone) production and thaat causes your body to replenish tissue and go about healing much more rapidly.. the complex carb stopping that process becauise they bond together ..the acidy phs assisting because they break it down asap so it can do its job.

i wouldn't recommend it to minors, but if your concerned try tha with some daily protein relative portions of dry red wine and lemon juice and more fruit and veg insteead of the bulk of those grains and dont forget aswell that soda water will stop you becoming nitrogen toxic and feeling cruddy leaving your body free to do it's thing unhindered.;)

cheers and good luck with it
