Sport Carbs = Sluggish?

Sport Fitness
So I've been on a low carb plan(not too low, 50-100g carbs/day from oatmeal, fruits, veggies ketchup ;), but still low for me considering my past eating habits) for about 3 days now, my headaches are barely noticeable, today its all good, no pains. I haven't noticed it yet but I've heard that some people feel sluggish if they eat a lot of carbs throughout the day. Does this apply to anyone here? I guess 100g carbs isnt low enough for me to experience total change, but I definitely feel a little better now that I don't eat so many cookies, pizza, etc. The only time I felt sluggish is eating total junk food throughout the day. What's your opinion?

You were feeling sluggish because you are sensitive to carbs and insulin spikes.

Different people's bodys work differently but i can guarentee that your body does not react well to carbs with what you've been saying in the past ( headaches, sluggish ) I am willing to put money that after you have a big carb meal you feel sleepy/tired/drowsy don't you?

Your doing good. I told you that if you stuck to it your headaches will go away, and they are aren't they? Just keep at it. Let your body get used to not having so many carbs and you'll make progress by just dropping carbs alone.

T-nation have very good nutrition articles about people who are insulin resistant and carb senstitive, ill look for an article and post it back here for you.
