Sport Carbs/Fat/Protein

Sport Fitness
I am creating a nutrition plan for myself and am wondering where to allocate my calories. I went to a site recommended on another thread here and found that I need to eat 1400-1700 calories a day for fat loss. Does the 30/40/30 breakdown work well? What do you think?

I am not sure what your 30/40/30 stand for for which. I personally do a
40% protein 25% fat 35% carbs being I am a little more carb sensitive for my body type. With my protein its mostly lean meats and a lil with shakes, my carbs are all good carbs, my fats are very low in saturated fats, high in mono/polys.

Anyway gauge what works for you, some people can take in a lil more carbs, i find for myself sticking on the tad higher protein side gives me what i need to gain lil muscle but still have fat loss.

Thats 30% protein, 40% carbs, 30% fat. I just didn't know if there was a different breakdown that works better or if it depends on the person.

I mean it depends on the person, however you want to make sure to get at least 25% of good fats in everyday, and 1 protein and carb with every meal you have. For the most part thats all you really have to make sure of is that every meal is balanced, don't stress to much over the ratios, I personally just like to be organized with it.

Thank you for the help :)
