Im an athlete as yall know and was wondering... My football coaches tell us that we shouldnt drink cokes. I know there not that good for you, but whats bad about them? Ive heard the carbonation gets in your blood stream and makes you tired easier when you work out or something. Im not sure. Is it the cokes or is it the carbonation thats bad for you? Is it the same thing for beer? Is it carbonation, alcohol or the whole thing or what? Any other drinks out there bad for you?
