well my question is about carbohydrates i started the fit day htingy and i have been adding everything i eat . i eat quite healthy vegetable juice and water, pumpernickel bread.....olve oil....low fat oatmeal everything broiled or boiles etc....and my readings tell me i eat mostly carbs .....do not know how much more too change my diet the carbs are eat are healthy.....is there such thing as carbs that are healthy? i have not lost a pound 3 weeks now clothes still tight oh god i exercise everyday 45 minutes treadmill rapid pace incline 15...im going soooooo depressed because nothing is working and i started to try to loose 2 months a go and recently changed my way of eating eat more and healthier im so sad i just want to cry ,feel like giving up noyhing works......
