Sport carb question

im sure this question has been asked before , but i really dont feel like digging.

anyways my question is what kind of carbs are good for weightloss

obviously not the starchy kind. but i really just dont know the variation of the other carbs to much
 
vegetables (not counting potatoes here)
fruit, which is gonna give you some sugar carbs, but they're natural, and still won't equal a can of soda.
