Are you allergic to peanuts?

If not, I see no reason to get a substitute.

No, I am not allegic to nuts at all, but this product has higher protein, less fat & lower carbs. It says it has Omega 3 & Omega 6. It looks healthier than Peanut Butter to me, but I wanted an opinion of some experts on here.

What should peanut butter be combined with so that it does not create an insulin response?

Don't worry about that. The carbs in PB are minimal, unless you're getting honey PB.

Don't worry about Omega-6, we already get plenty. Get fish oil and flaxseed or flaxseed oil for Omega-3.
