As the title really, wanting to shed a few pounds, but i find that come meal time that i am eating far too much carbs.
Trouble is i don't seem to be full unless i have eaten a load of potatoes/pasta/rice etc. I am not looking for a an atkins style deit, i think i just need to be cutting down on the amount of carbs i am having, just seems so damn hard as i love my rice and pasta!!! Anyone any ideas as to how i can still maintian that full feeling at mealtimes without consuming as much carbs as usual?
