Sport carb cycling

Hi-

I'm trying to understand Carb cycling..I'm confused with the 3 days low carb and on 4th day high carb..From what I've read so far and I may be misinterpreting the information but it seems that when I work out at the gym I should use a high carb diet and on my days off I should use low carb diet..so given my schedule below how can I get those three consecutive days of low carbs? From my schedule below I don't see where I can get 3 consecutive days..Can someone explain please

Monday HIGH CARB
Chest and tri

Tuesday HIGH CARB

back and bi

wednesday LOW CARB
off

thursday HIGH CARB

shoulders

friday HIGH CARB

legs

SATURDAY off LOW

SUNDAY off LOW
 
There is no rule on carb cycling. No rule stating you have to have 3 consecutive low carb days in a row.

Don't box yourself in...nutrition information changes daily, so be flexible and open minded.
enjoy carbs on weight training days....restrict them in favor of more protein and fat, on cardio or off days.

Also why are you carb cycling and not doing cardio? carb cycling is about fat loss, and cardio is deal for fat loss training.
