Sport Carb cycling question

Hey everyone,

I started carb. cycling about 2 weeks ago, and I have been seeing results. I go 3 days low-carb (of 100g or less of carbs) followed by 1 high-carb day (around 200-250g carbs) and repeat the cycle.

I have read another method is going 5 days low-carb followed by a weekend of carbing up for maximum fat burning during low days.

Should I switch to that? Has anyone had experience with that at all?
