Carb Cycling diet

...for anyone that doesnt know about it... not SPAM.


Ive lost 60 pounds over 1 year just by doing this: eating 6 times a day and 40% protein;50% carbs;and 10-12% fats. thats all it is, and adjusting the amount of carbs based on your body type(replacing it with protein)

now im going to try carb cycling.
