Capoeira: Brazilian Martial Arts

Excercise is boring to me. I've always hated it. The key that I discovered later in life is that excercise doesn't have to be running for miles or spending hours of time in the gym staring at other people who are all fit. I discovered Capoeira. It is Brazilian Martial Arts. It looks like fight-dancing. Its so intense and fun that I didn't even realize I was excercising. DING DING DING... thats it! Doing something fun that burns fat and strengthens your body. No more excercises for me... I'm doing things the fun way. At my peak weight in 1999, I was over 220 lbs... (stop weighing myself after I reached 220, so I'm sure I was more than that). Capoeira, salsa dancing in the privacy of my own home, weight training, and a lot of work out videos... I dropped down to 140 lbs by 2004. I got married .. got pregnant...stopped capoeira and working out... and a year after the baby I am now at 175lbs. DAMN! Well, I have gathered the courage to get back into shape. Capoeira is back in my life via home video... and starting slowly. Hope I make it..pray for me..lol
