Can't run with kids!

I have been trying to improve my endurance, I jog every chance i get, but that is only on the weekends.. I would love to do it during the week, but it's hard to jog with a stoller and a 6 year old that is afraid to play on the playground alone..lol

I have to build endurance for a job requirement, so it is important that I keep working on it, ..

Is there anything I can do at home besides jogging that can help me? or am I stuck between a rock and a hard place?

Tapes...DVD's...jumping rope...

I had a client do step ups on a chair at home while watching TV. It worked great for a while, but eventually the chair wore down too much and almost broke!

I own a Lateral Thigh Trainer (ordered it off some infomercial) Would that work? I didn't know I could use that for a "Jogging substitute" I thought that was only for a 'lower body workout' ?

you have a lot options:
1. you can run the steps in your house if you have them, up and down. its very very good to develop good stamina
2. if you can econimicaly you can purchase a trademail or a steper (i prefer trademail) and it will help you for many years to come.
3. jump ropes, up and down one steps and anything else you can think of that require good stamina.

USE YOURS IMAGINATION!!!!!

Lol... ok, thank you very much :D
