I’ve been working out for 5 months but I’m still fat af. I have these huge muffin tops I know all about spot reduction. I never had to worry about weight until after I had my son and I hate my body now it’s gross I feel so unattractive. I usually work out 45 minutes to a hour I do both cardio and strength training. My eating sucks probably why I’m not losing weight. I binge eat when I feel depressed mostly carbs.
