Can't finish entire exercise..., suggestions?

After I do my lower body exercises, I do dumbbell chest presses, then military presses.
Though since they both use the shoulders, I find I can't really finish both exercises, I can usually do one fine, though I can usually only the the first set of the other one.
The weights are not to heavy, as I said I usually don't have much trouble completing one of the exercises.
My question is, does anyone have any ideas on how I could do both of these exercises? I was thinking of maybe alternating days, or possibly doing one of them before my lower body exercises, does anyone have any ideas?
 
Start with chest press. Then do lower body. Then finish with shoulder presses.

Next workout, reverse that order. Over time the body will adapt.
 
Or don't do them both in the same workout. Do chest press with a different sort of shoulder exercise like lat raises etc and then do something like flys the day you do military press.
