I have been searching and searching and although it may be one of those "duh" questions, I just need to ask so that I'm not hindering my diet in any way. So here it goes...if I'm following a strict low calorie diet (1200 a day) can I still drink regular coke if it's its within my calorie range? I hate hate hate diet sodas to the point where aspartame and splenda give me major headaches, so I avoid them at all costs. I only have a coke a day, and for the rest of the day it is water. I am trying to find a diet that works for me, and that is somewhat healthy...Back in 2008 after I had my daughter I went on an extreme diet, and by extreme I mean starvation, and weighed 107 pounds. (I'm 5'5) Now, i've gained about 40 pounds and I would like some advice please Thanks all.
