cant eat enough for my body to keep up

Hello, I am 22, I work at Fed Ex as a driver in a downtown area so i am always moving. I work a 10 hour day, half the time I am jogging to get it all done by 5pm. I have a pretty fast metabolism and it takes a ton of food to keep me moving. I also like to go for 5 mile jogs, rollerblading, and stuff like that after work. And I recently started training in a UFC class. It never seems like I can eat enough for all the activities I do. And I dont have time to cook myself a meal every night. And at work I am lucky if I have time to stop and get something even from a fast food place. So I am looking into using supplements. I want the more natural stuff. I dont care about gaining weight, I definitely dont want to lose any though. I would rather gain than lose if i have to. I am really toned and want to stay toned. I am just wondering what I can take to keep me moving without feeling like my body wants to give up. Do I need protein or what? I'm new to supplements and dont really know anything about them.

Have you been losing weight?

I don't think you need any supplements. You just need to find an easier way to meet your calorie needs.

No, I think I have been gaining weight honestly. All muscle of course. But I only have time to eat maybe one or two meals a day and I always feel like I am not getting enough to keep me going.

Have you thought of making home made high calorie shakes to subsitute as a meal replacement?

Carry a couple 1000 calorie shakes with you...easy to consume and its portable.

No I haven't but I was thinking something along the lines of that seeing as i dont have time to stop at work or access to an oven or microwave or anything like that. How would I make these shakes? And what would I put in them?

Oh...you just have to creative

You can easily make a 1000 calorie shake with milk, nuts, peanut butter, fruits, etc. Basically just look through yourr fridge and closet and start experimenting with ingredients.

or make your own protein shake

Whole milk
2 whole eggs
Oatmeal
peanut butter
flax seed oil
ice cream

just search this up on google..you'll get tons of hits

If you're not on a low carb diet, you can make yourself sandwiches to bring to work with you. Take whole wheat or flax bread, and stuff something in the middle :) Those can even be eaten with one hand while driving...not that I'm suggesting you drive with one hand or anything...
