if professors, classmates, or co-workers give you flack...reply "I'm in training." and leave it at that.
 
Freeze a couple of bottles of water or green tea (plastic bottles, of course) and put in the cooler. They keep it cold and later in the day when they melt you can drink them.
 
Great tips. When I competed in figure competitions and was in my contest prep monde every sunday I would cook chicken and turkey breast, brown rice and sweet potato to last the week. I had individual serving plastic containers that I out a meat and a carb in and stuck them in the fridge or freezer so I could just grab some. I had a cooler that I actually kept in my truck when I had no fridge access.

It's hard when you are stuck somewhere and can't get away to eat, and don't have anywhere to store/cook food. There are always options to bring with you though, such as a tuna pouch and rice cakes.
