The nutrion infor:for 100g
Energy 194kcal
Proten 9.1g
total fat 13.4g
Cholesterol 32.9mg
Total carb 9.2g
Sodium 430 mg
Omega3 610mg
I normally it one can which is 170g a day for breakfast
I am 23 and weight 69 kg (153lb), 1.73 m(5'7)
is that too much fat?

Try as much as possible to avoid canned goods. They usually have too much sodium and too little actual value. Upgrade to frozen (still inexpensive)....and try to get some fresh stuff in you 2.

The fat to protein ratio is out of balance. The carbs are ok, but always try to go for a low fat, high protein food source (provided this is intended as a protein source).

Example: White Albacore Tuna: 21g protein, 1g fat, 0g carbs
Cottage Cheese, 1%: 13g protein, 1.5g fat, 0-1g carbs.

Then get your carbs from vegetables.
Fats from nuts, seed, olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flaxseed oil, Fish oil caps, etc.
