Sport Candy Cravings!

Sport Fitness
Well for over a year I ate no candy at all, and now all of a sudden when I'm at a friends and I see candy, I just wan't to eat it...Perhaps it's because I stayed away from it for so long that I just wan't some, but with soda/fast food which I also havent had for over a year, I never have cravings for. Anyone else get crazy candy cravings? What do you do? Have a little piece or have some type of alternatives? I eat a piece, and then I eat a bit more, then I feel super guilty about it...But I don't know why, I mean it's not like I eat it everyday and I only weigh 142 :-/

I guess I should just try and fight the cravings huh?

yeh, sometimes i go through a crazy craves of choco, think its coz uv deprived your body of it, i also find iv turned to the junk food when theres nothin else to eat, so have your meals prepared i guess!

Ahh.. the sweets..

I have never been a sweets fan thank goodness, or a dessert person for that matter (as long as there was room for more of the good stuff).

Anways, i know this has lots of sugar in it, but something like a Jolly Rancher which you can't really bite into and break up and lasts a good amount of time in your mouth might be an alternative if you just HAVE to have something sweet. Most will say, get an apple, etc.. but, ..lol.. that just isn't the same!!

before i was crazy about candy.. i tried stop eating, not because i got fat, i dident:p but because its unhealthy.. i could finish ANYTHING you gave me in 10 minnutes, and im not talking one chocholate bar here.. im talking BAGS of candy.. now, if i buy something, it often lasts for weeks.. :p i just dont want it as much anymore, maybe because my body is now used to not eating candy or something.

If you are eating a solid diet, why not give yourself a free meal once per week where you allow yourself some candy at desert time. This should satisfy your cravings and sometimes feeding your soul is important too.
In the meantime, ask yourself if the accumulated time you spend enjoying treats is anywhere near worth the time you will spend killing yourself trying to remove the stored fat. Think about it.

Sugar free Jello and popsicles will help curb a sweet tooth.

p.s. you got mail.

:)

I've had sugar free popsicles before and they were good, 6$ for a big box too. Next time I'm at the store I'll look for sugar free Jello, that actually sounds good.

Thanks for the suggestions/email!
