Hey everyone!

5 weeks ago I started eating 5 small meals a day. I've lost 11 pounds so far but I want to make sure I'm doing the best I can... I'm 5'6" and 162 pounds.

8:00am-1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbs PB, 1 wedge of 35 calorie laughing cow cheese, 1 apple (somedays I'll have HB eggs with my toast)

11:00am- pear, slice of cheese maybe with carrots, sometimes I have raw nuts

1:30pm- small chicken breast on wheat, lettuce, tomato, onions

4:30pm- handful of fresh berries with cheese or maybe can of tuna or chicken

7:30pm- 1 small pork chop with grilled veggies

At the end of the day I'm usually around 1100-1300 calories and then I'll burn off around 400-500 working out 5 days a week.

Does that sound good? Let me know if I can tweek anything.

SIDE NOTE: I LOVE Laughing Cow's Light Swiss Cheese!!! 35 caloires a wedge and SO tasty :)

Sounds good to me. Only thing I might suggest is to have a salad somewhere in there so you can get your leafy greens in, things like spinach, arugula, cilantro, romaine, endive, cabbage and the like. Do you vary it much?

That looks excellent. Organic PB? I eat a lot of raw nuts for my snacks or in between meals too. Some lean turkey breast is a nice variation for the lunch

I do eat salads as well, I'll throw a few different things in there, although the only kind I really eat is like broccoli and spinach...I don't really eat a lot of other leafy greens....

And I hate to admit it but I do a tiny bit of regular PB, the sugar filled kind :( I've been looking for a good tasting PB that is natural with no added sugar but the ones I've tried tasted like card board........ any good suggestions?

I'm not sure the brand, but there's some at CostCo that's pretty good for sugar free PB... I'll look it up next time I get the chance! My husband will actually eat it without feeling the need to sprinkle in some Splenda :p

Try the Organic or natural ones. They may be in the health food section. I buy a store brand one and can hardly notice the difference in taste. I get weary of things labeled sugar free as sometimes the ingredient they replace the sugar with is worse for you than the sugar itself.

for PB I always go Laura Scudder chunky.
