I am 5'7 and weigh 157.2 lbs right now. My short term goal is 118 lbs by my birthday (July 26th of next year), and I am considering whether I should set a long term goal of 105 lbs for May 2016. I would like to approach this goal by losing 1 pound in 5 days. My plan is to walk 7 miles from Leslie Sansone's Walk & Talk DVD for 90 minutes on one day and alternate to going to the gym on the other day and doing an hour on the treadmill and 20 laps in the pool. I would alternate these routines day by day and work-out everyday. How does that sound? Is it a good idea to work out everyday or take a rest from exercising on one or two days per week? Please elaborate. Thank you!
