So I am 5'4", 24 years old, 135lbs. I want to lose 20lbs,
according to a BMR site the roundabout with how many calories I need on a daily basis is 1942.7 (to maintain 135lbs)
and to lose a pound a week I need to eat 1442.7 calories
(deficit of 500 calories a day)
so what I want to know is that If I still eat 1442.7 but burn roughly 600-700 calories per workout (6x a week)
I could lose 2lbs a week instead? Is that healthy to do? Or should I just moderate what Im eating (healthy but not focusing on calories) and focus more on the workouts?
I know it's supposed to be a mix of both so im trying to figure out what would be a good and healthy way to lose the weight I wanna lose. Im not in a rush to lose weight (I don't have a specific goal date lol)I just want to be healthier.
