Can you fix my schedule?

Monday Shoulders
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Chest/Triceps
Thursday Cardio or Off
Friday Biceps/Back
Saturday Legs
Sunday Chest/Triceps

The thing is, I don't know what to add or take out. What can I add with Shoulders? Like Biceps or something? How about legs?

Am I overworking anything?
 
read stickies. Try a plan made by a pro..don't add or take away anything...work the plan and eat clean...
