Hi im a 15 year old chinese boy and im trying to get fit for the army, Im quite skinny and i can only do about 3 full pull ups and 20 full push ups, I walk 6.05km to school every morning (all flat ground) in 1hour 15mins and walk 6km home which has about 3 minutes up a mountain, this takes me about 1 hour 20mins. Every night i do around 50 push ups. Every morning i eat 2eggs with 4 pieces of toast or a bowl of poridge with honey, i then usually dont have anything till dinner. Almost forgot i go for a run every saturday. ( 2.14mile, light jog, flat ground)
Will this get me fit and strong or do i need to do alot more, I cant afford to go to a gym so all exercises would have to be free.
