Can you acess my fitness regime.

Hi im a 15 year old chinese boy and im trying to get fit for the army, Im quite skinny and i can only do about 3 full pull ups and 20 full push ups, I walk 6.05km to school every morning (all flat ground) in 1hour 15mins and walk 6km home which has about 3 minutes up a mountain, this takes me about 1 hour 20mins. Every night i do around 50 push ups. Every morning i eat 2eggs with 4 pieces of toast or a bowl of poridge with honey, i then usually dont have anything till dinner. Almost forgot i go for a run every saturday. ( 2.14mile, light jog, flat ground)


Will this get me fit and strong or do i need to do alot more, I cant afford to go to a gym so all exercises would have to be free.

In fact,there is no need that you take much more physical training,you should rest more!You know you are still young,you need more rest for your body growth!
But your diet is good!

What ****ing stupid advice

If you want to get fitter and stronger then you have to find a way of eating more, 2 eggs and some toast is not larger enough for breakfast and you shouldn't be skipping meals. Eat more, specifically try and consume more protein, aim for somewhere close to 1g of protein for every lb of bodyweight every day and add a little more resistance training to your routine.

If you try and add enough resistance to be serious challenged at about the 10 rep range then that's a good start and make sure you train your upper and lower body equally with predominantly compound lifts

I'm also a little curious, If you just walk to school and back, how do you walk there on flat ground and walk back up a mountain? Is the mountain not there in the morning? :)
 
When i walk to school i go through the tunnel and when i walk back from school i go over mt victoria, Do you think that if i have 4 toast 2 eggs then 2 muesli bars during the day then dinner will that be enough?. Also should i do 100 push ups 1 day rest next and so on.
