Sport can too many veggies be bad for you?

I like veggies all the time, lunch, dinner, late night. celery, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, brocoli, etc.. and in my rice/food as well. I read somewhere online an article that said too many greens can create kidney stones or problems? anybody know anything about that? I have about 5 meals a day, I split up my lunch throughout the day in 2-3 parts and have dinner and have veggies/salads with all meals except breakfast.

Anything in too large amount will can be bad for you. ANYTHING is toxic in the right amount.

Having veggies with every meal is fine.

And if worried about kidney stones just make sure you are properly hydrated.
 
You're fine. The only thing I would worry about with veggies is if you had some kind of allergy. Oh and the pesticides they like to spray on everything :confused:

Other than that you're doing a great thing for yourself.

I'm going to answer this question with an analogous reference.

Asking if too many veggies can be bad for you is like asking if too much sex can be bad for you. The answer is: only if it impacts your daily life in the negative.

For example, if you were thinking about sex while walking down the street and ended up being run over by a bus and/or choked and died because you weren't chewing your veggies, then it would be a bad thing.

The rest of the time, go nuts. ^_^

You people and your silly questions. What do you think the human race evolved on? Pop tarts? :D
