Can someone offer an opinion?

I've been going to the Gym for about 4 months now roughly twice a week but i've never really got any advice on my workout routine. Id be really grateful if some of you who know more about this than me could tell me whether you think what im doing is enough or if i should push myself more.

I'm 5'10, Male and 145-50lbs my weight fluctuates alot. When i go to the gym i do mostly treadmill routines. I start with a 20 minute run starting off at about 7.0 and ending up at about 9.2 and it usually tires me out pretty good. I then do 10 minutes on the bike and some light weights before finishing with another 20 minute run at the same pace.

My main goal is weight maintenance I lost weight recently that im keen to keep off. Do you think this is adequate? thanks for your time guys
 
Can you write a list of what exercises/sets/reps you perform?
